We pride ourselves on our thorough and extensive selection process. Before we hire anyone, we review a large number of applicants, selecting the top 4 with the best experience and skill set. These 4 then perform procedures on both Dr. Petropoulos and the staff. Based on their performance, the list is whittled down to a winning candidate.

No matter how much training someone has when we hire them, he or she is sent for extra formal training with each specific laser company, becoming additionally certified, and is also trained in our own office protocols as well.

Modus Operandi
Dr. Petropoulos believes in the importance of reviewing all treatment protocols for each patient herself, specifically tailoring the parameters for your unique needs. The fact that we have a board-certified facial plastic surgeon’s input on each patient’s treatment protocol sets us apart from many other large practices. This is in keeping with our philosophy to provide only the highest quality care possible to our patients at the New England Facial and Cosmetic Surgery Center. Dr. Lisa Wilson
DOUBLE BOARD-CERTIFIED FACIAL PLASTIC SURGEON
Dr. Lisa Wilson is a double board-certified Facial Plastic Surgeon with advanced fellowship training from the University of Toronto, bringing exceptional expertise to both surgical and non-surgical aesthetics at Classic Beauty. With certifications from both the American Board of Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology, she offers expertly tailored treatments ranging from injectables and facial contouring to skin tightening, hormone therapy, and personalized wellness programs.
Dr. Wilson’s distinguished academic background includes her medical degree from New York Medical College, where she earned a Trustees Scholarship, followed by her residency at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, where she received the prestigious J. Swift Hanley Award for Excellence in Resident Research. She completed her specialized Facial Plastics Fellowship through the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Toronto, one of the most competitive programs in her field.
With extensive research contributions to facial plastic surgery literature and a patient-centered philosophy that prioritizes natural results and individualized care, Dr. Wilson combines technical precision with an artistic eye. Her approach emphasizes understanding each patient’s unique goals and creating treatment plans that enhance their natural beauty while maintaining authenticity. Outside the office, Dr. Wilson enjoys spending time with her family and is fluent in Taiwanese with proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.

Practice Manager & Patient Consultant
As Practice Manager and Patient Consultant, Lisa embodies a collaborative spirit, drawing upon over 20 years of management experience and her entrepreneurial background of owning a women’s fitness studio. With a keen focus on fostering teamwork and prioritizing patient care, Lisa seamlessly integrates her expertise to ensure the smooth operation of the practice while championing the well-being and satisfaction of each patient. Her infectious enthusiasm brings a joyful atmosphere to the office and patients, creating a welcoming environment for all. Outside the office, Lisa’s all about soaking up those lake life vibes, jet-setting to new destinations, and precious family time – bringing spice to life outside of work.

With over 15 years of industry experience and a fitness instructor and personal trainer background, Brenda is not just about managing the front desk; she is committed to ensuring that every patient feels welcomed and valued. As a fashion enthusiast, Brenda’s style adds a vibrant touch to the office ambiance, reflecting her passion for both aesthetics and patient care. When not at the office, Brenda’s passion for life revolves around the rhythm of the ocean, the thrill of cycling, the freedom of running, the artistry of cooking, and the warmth of family. With over five years of invaluable customer service experience and a prestigious esthetician certification from the Catherine Hinds Institute of Aesthetics, Kiara is dedicated to ensuring every client’s experience at our Center is nothing short of exceptional. She is committed to being a guiding light in each patient’s journey. Her passion for aesthetics shines through as she provides personalized care tailored to everyone’s unique needs – whether it involves scheduling a treatment, offering skincare guidance, or welcoming clients for a consultation. Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in Spanish, she ensures language barriers never hinder access to quality care. Alexandra Gomes, LA
Medical Assistant / Medical Aesthetician
A skilled medical aesthetician with nine years of experience, Alexandra gracefully serves alongside Dr. Petropoulos in providing overall enhancement to our patients’ lives. Specializing in body contouring and sculpting treatments such as CoolSculpt and Emsculpt Neo, as well as in advanced facial and intimate feminine wellness therapies, she is dedicated to assisting patients in reaching their aesthetic and wellness aspirations from head to toe. Known for her compassion and commitment, Alexandra also finds joy as a devoted wife and mother, cherishing family time, community engagement, and summer escapes to their cabin in Maine.
Jeanine Oteri
Medical Aesthetician LME
With more than 23 years of experience as a Master Medical Aesthetician and advanced Laser Technician, Jeanine has solidified her place in the office as an essential part of the team, working together with Dr. Petropoulos in a collaborative approach creating and restoring beauty for our patients. Jeanine maintains the highest standards, while providing warm and friendly care and putting our patients at ease. Being well-versed with multiple device platforms over the last two decades, Jeanine is highly adept with cutting edge technologies including the ever-popular Morpheus 8 and SylfirmX; she performs laser, microneedling radiofrequency and body contouring procedures with amazing results. Extensive experience and her wonderful personality provide patients with top-of-the-line care. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their teenage boys, watching them play sports and traveling.
